Selling your home is not easy. We tried For Sale By Owner and thought we could handle it. We learned quickly, buyers don't keep schedules, they don't show up and when they say they are going home to write up an offer; they aren't. We decided to list with Mark and we could not be happier. Great service! Our home took a little while to sell but we saved thousands! We could not be happier!

Extremely professional agent. We needed to sell our home and didn't want to pay the exorbitant commission rates agents charge. We heard the tagline, Stop paying for broker luxuries and we knew we had found our agent. We got 1% Full Service, beyond our expectations. Great communication but the best part, excellent marketing. Our home was exposed everywhere and Mark worked with us during the pricing phase. We decided to go a little higher than his recommendation but later dropped our price and the home sold within 8 days. We could not be happier!
